Terms and conditions

Thank you for your booking. These terms and conditions are here to protect both parties. Please have a read of them. No need to sign anything, once deposit has been paid I will assume you are happy and agree with the my terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions for Bridal Hair & Makeup Services 1. Booking & Deposit

1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to secure the booking. This will be deducted from the final balance.
1.2. Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received.
1.3. The remaining balance is due 30 before the wedding day via bank transfer/ stripe payment.

2. Trial Sessions

2.1. Bridal trials are highly recommended and must be booked separately. 2.2. Trials are held at brides location unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. Any additional trials will be charged separately.

3. Travel & Accommodation

3.1. Travel fees apply for locations. Price on applications but as a guide, long distance travel is charged at $1.8km.
3.2. If travel requires an overnight stay, accommodation costs must be covered by the client.

4. Changes & Cancellations

4.1. Any changes to the booking (such as reducing the number of services) must be made at least 6 months before the event.
4.2. Cancellations made within 90]days of the wedding will be charged at 100% of the total booking cost.

4.3. The deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

5. COVID19 & Unforeseen Circumstances

5.1. If the wedding is postponed due to COVID19 or other unforeseen circumstances, the deposit can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
5.2. If the artist is unable to perform services due to illness or emergency, a

suitable replacement will be arranged, or a full refund of payments (excluding the trial) will be given.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. The client must inform the artist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before services begin.
6.2. The client must ensure all individuals receiving services have clean, product- free skin and hair on the wedding day.

7. Photography & Social Media

7.1. The artist may take photos for portfolio and promotional purposes, to be discussed.
7.2. The client grants permission for professional photos of the makeup/hair to be shared on social media. To be discussed

8. Liability

8.1. The artist is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. 8.2. The artist is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).

9. Agreement

By booking services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
